SPERRY TOPSIDER 75th Anniversary

This spring 2010 the Sperry Topsider brand is celebrating its 75th birthday. They're re-editing some of their iconic shoes for the occasion, such as these sneakers, which were first released in the fifties.

GIVENCHY Graphism & Geometry

Graphics and geometry are Riccardo Tisci's clear premises this spring summer 2010. And his prints bring a whole new dimension to the basic black and white color palette.

Drapes, Arab influences and Roman tailoring from the sixties are reflected in the designer's use of proportions and details.

His prints evoke psychedelia and his style reflects the rock look that celebrities like so much. Overall, the collection demonstrates the strength of this haute couture designer.

The ad campaign is full of graphic icons worn by models like Natalia Vodianova and Mariacarla Boscono, Tisci's muse, who was photographed this time by Mert & Marcus.

GUCCI Blue Paradise

Frida Giannini has revamped her image: she leaves aside her coral ad campaigns full of characters, night and youth and brings back the essence of luxury and aspiration.

Mert Alas & Marcus Piggot have created a fantastic tribute to hyper-realist illustration from the eighties. It's an ode to the color blue, the tropics and saturated colors in an amazing mise-en-scene and postproduction that experiments with crystals and exaggerated optics.

Models Ryan Kennedy and Natasha Poly add to the sexy, luxurious, attractive ad campaign.

The glamorous collection features references to the disco universe of the 80s, a revamped feminine chic look and lots of little black dresses. And for him there are summery, geometric pieces inspired by Rio de Janeiro.

ABSOLUTE Fashion

It's been a while since vodka brand Absolut teamed up with the fashion industry. For their new ad campaign, they invited prestigious fashion photographer Ellen Von Unwerth to work her magic. Her subjects? Some cocktails, Kate Beckinsale and Zoey Deschanel.

Ellen von Unwerth used Bloody, Tonic Twist,Crushand Cosmo cocktails to create the photography. The concept was designed in collaboration with her muses, actresses Kate Beckinsale and Zoey Deschanel.

The acidic green tone of Tonic Twist shows Kate as a sexy blonde, while in Crush she's a belly dancer. Zoey's cocktail of choice was Cosmo, a futuristic cyber-disco.

CHRISSIE MORRIS Brit Icon

Her style is iconoclastic and architectural, with geometric shapes. And her shoes are already a British icon. Here's a pair of Chrissie Morris's original, feminine shoes...

SOLANGE AZAGURY-PARTRIDGE Stoned

I'm continuing to bring you the most exclusive fragrances on the market. Today it's Stoned, the perfume created by Solange Azagury-Partridge. The former creative director at Boucheron brings us a true jewel of a scent.

Her speciality is jewellery, that's why she defines Stoned as a liquid gem. It's a sweet scent - it actually smells like a sweet covered in patchouli. The top notes include Italian bergamot and rose, while the middle notes are jasmine, labdanum, heliotrope and bourbon vanilla.

A very interesting addition to the fragrance is the microscopic granules of diamond powder that give a unique shine to the skin. The bottle is reminiscent of the background of its creator - it's a true jewel.

Issue number 20 of Muse magazine brings us a hot cover page entitled Lindsay Exposed. The controversial actress is the star of the issue, which was photographed by Yu Tsai.

Designer Rad Hourani decided to complete the creative process of the collection by taking charge of the photography for the ad campaign. Nick W is the star of the show, and the hair stylist was Andre Gunn.

CAMILLA SKOVGAARD Celebrity Style

This has really been Camilla Skovgaard's year. Lots of celebrities have fallen for the iconic style of the Danish London-based designer.

Celebrities like Vanessa Hudgens and Beyoncé have been seen wearing Camilla's creations. And we all remember Rihanna at the American Music Awards wearing the Danish designer's shoes with a bandage dress.

In fact, the American singer has worn Camilla's shoes numerous times. And the designer recently found out that she was nominated for the British Fashion Awards.

It's been a crazy year. As well as seeing celebs wearing her creations, Camilla has drastically expanded her sales outlets all over the world. Of course the key to her success lies in her style, which emphasizes shapes, fluidity, severity, sophistication and character. She is more than deserving of a place of honor in stores like Joyce in Hong Kong, Harvey Nichols in London and Saks in NYC.
